After so many wings come from the same mold, the mold has to be rebuilt...and probably from the master mold. So, you are going to get small fitment differences from generation to generation. Mine is from 2008, and there is a gap between the horizontal sides (looking at driver's & passenger's side of the car) of the wing and the horizontal sides of the hatch itself....not as good of a fit as the OEM urethane wing. Also, the threading holes in the wing for the mounting bolts really shouldn't be trusted to hold the wing to the car. The holes should really have epoxied metal inserts with metal threads. Metal bolt threads in raw fiberglass isn't too strong. Don't trust double sided tape either.
